Who We Are

Alex and Marlon are young entrepreneurs and real estate investors on the path to financial independence. They graduated from their collegiate universities in December 2017 and immediately joined the world of corporate America as young twenty-one year old engineers. Quickly into their professional careers, they knew that the lifestyle offered by trading in time for a paycheck was not going to fulfill their desire to succeed. Since then, they’ve become business partners in real estate investing, started several business ventures, and haven’t looked back.

Through principles discussed on the Money Monopolizers Podcast, such as: frugality, increasing earnings, and investing in assets that they understand, they will achieve financial independence at an early age. Since beginning their real estate journey, they have completed 11 real estate investment deals, with a combined value upwards of $1.5 million. They have also developed several cash-flowing businesses that have allowed them to accelerate their journey to financial freedom through multiple streams of income. By sharing their experiences, and those of others as they navigate the road to financial independence, they aim to help people realize that they can create similar, or better, experiences of their own.
